Digital products. Instant delivery. All sales are final — with the details below.

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once your download is accessible. Here is exactly how that works depending on where you are in the world.

Customers in the United States and Rest of World

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once a transaction is complete. Before you buy, every listing includes full product previews, a complete description of what's included, and clear compatibility requirements. If you have a question before purchasing, email us at team@templique.com first. We will answer before you spend a dollar.

Customers in the European Union

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading your files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal at that point. This consent is collected at checkout and is legally binding.

If you complete your purchase but do not access or download your files, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at [support email].

Customers in the United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the same principle applies. By proceeding with your purchase and accessing your digital files, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you waive your 14-day cancellation right. If you have not yet accessed your files, contact us within 14 days to request a cancellation.

The one exception that applies everywhere.

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to or download of your purchased file, contact us within 7 days. We will troubleshoot, resend your files, or issue a replacement. We stand behind our products working exactly as described.

What we do not cover anywhere: buyer's remorse, purchasing the wrong item, changing your mind, or software incompatibility you could have checked before purchasing. Product descriptions include all compatibility requirements.

Chargebacks.

Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product is considered fraud. We maintain full records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and download activity and will respond to disputes accordingly.
