How do I get my files after I purchase?

Two ways. First, you'll get an order confirmation email with a download link inside. Second, a separate delivery email arrives within a few minutes with the download button front and center. Click it, save your files, and you're good to go.

If you don't see either email within 5 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Reply to your order confirmation or email us at team@templique.com and we'll sort it out within 48 hours.

How long do I have to download my files?

Your download link is active for 30 days from purchase. We strongly recommend saving your files to your device or Google Drive the same day you buy. That way you'll always have access, no expiry dates to worry about.

What formats do I get?

Every Templique system comes as both a printable PDF and an editable Google Sheets file. You get both with every purchase, always. The PDF is ready to print or read on any device. The Google Sheets version is fully editable once you make a copy to your own Drive.

Do I need a Google account to use these?

You need a free Google account to use the Google Sheets version. If you don't have one, you can create one at google.com in about two minutes. The PDF version works without any Google account at all — any PDF reader or web browser will open it.

How do I edit the Google Sheets file?

Open the file in Google Sheets, then go to File → Make a copy. This saves an editable version to your own Google Drive. That copy is yours to edit however you like. Do not try to type directly into the original file you received — it's view-only and your changes won't save.

Once you've made your copy, all the formulas, trackers, and dashboards are yours to fill in and customize.

Does it work with Microsoft Excel?

Yes. You can download any Google Sheets file as an Excel file by going to File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Most features carry over seamlessly. A small number of Google-specific formulas may need adjustment, but the vast majority of the system works exactly as designed.

Do I need to know how to use spreadsheets?

Not at all. Every Templique system is built so that you just fill in the yellow or highlighted cells and the rest works automatically. The formulas are already there. The dashboards calculate themselves. If you can type in a box, you can use these systems. That was a non-negotiable in how we designed them.

Can I print the PDF version?

Absolutely. Every PDF is formatted for standard letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) and A4. Open in any PDF reader, go to Print, and it'll look exactly as designed. If you want to write in it by hand, print it out. If you want to fill it digitally, open it in Adobe Acrobat or any PDF annotation app.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is fully secured and processed by Shopify Payments. We don't store any payment information on our end.

Do you offer refunds?

Because all Templique products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered and accessed, we're unable to offer refunds. We know that's a firm policy, which is why we work hard to make every product page as detailed as possible so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.

If you have a technical issue with your download, that's different. Email us within 7 days and we will make it right. Every time.

I bought the wrong product. What do I do?

Email us at team@templique.com within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll do our best to help. We can't guarantee a swap on all orders but we're human beings and we'll always look at the situation properly before we say no.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Templique runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We never see or store your full card details. You can buy with complete confidence.

What is a companion guide and do I need to read it?

Every Templique system includes a short companion guide — a few pages of honest, practical context about the topic you're working on. Not instructions. Not fluff. A real conversation about why this area of life is hard, what actually works, and what to do when it doesn't.

You don't have to read it. But the people who do tend to get more from the system. It's the difference between having a map and understanding the terrain.

Can I share my files with a friend or family member?

Each purchase is licensed for personal use by one person. You're welcome to tell every person you know about Templique — we genuinely appreciate that. But please don't share the actual files. Each person gets their own copy when they purchase, and that's what keeps us able to keep building new systems for you.

Will you be adding more products?

Yes. Templique is a growing collection. New systems drop regularly across all four departments — Life, Wellness, Work, and Money. The best way to hear about new releases first is to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page. You'll also get the occasional honest note from the founder, which people seem to enjoy.
