By accessing or purchasing from Templique, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Templique. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may vary by region due to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, previews, and compatibility details are accurate. If you spot an error, please contact us before purchasing.

Section 03

Digital Products

All products sold on Templique are digital files. Delivery is instant and automatic upon confirmed payment. You will receive access to your files via download link immediately after purchase.

Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license. You may use your purchased templates for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim authorship of our templates, in original or modified form.

Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated on a product listing, templates may be used in client work and commercial projects. You may not sell the templates themselves as standalone digital products.

Compatibility

Each product listing specifies the software required. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for incompatibility with software you already own.

Section 04

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once a transaction is complete.

The One Exception

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will troubleshoot, resend your files, or issue a replacement at our discretion.

What We Do Not Cover

We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, or software incompatibility that could have been checked prior to purchase.

UK & EU Customers

Please see Section 09 for your specific rights under UK and EU consumer law. These rights are respected in full.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation. We maintain complete records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and download activity and will submit this documentation in any dispute process.

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.

Data We Collect

When you make a purchase or create an account, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments or our payment processor — we do not store your card details). We may also collect browsing data through cookies. See Section 06.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process orders, send order confirmations and download links, respond to customer service enquiries, and where you have opted in, send marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Processors

We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform. Shopify processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments or [your payment processor]. By purchasing from Templique, you acknowledge that your data is processed by these third-party providers.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined here, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict how we process your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@templique.com. UK and EU customers also have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR — see Section 09.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to improve your experience, remember your cart, and analyse site traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential cookies are required for the store to function. They include session cookies and cart functionality. You cannot opt out of these without affecting store performance.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described in Section 03. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our products will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided for informational and practical use only. Results from using our templates will vary based on your individual circumstances, skills, and application.

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, business results, or income from the use of any Templique product. Nothing on this store constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Templique excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of products purchased on this store.

Section 09

UK & EU Consumer Rights

We comply fully with applicable consumer protection law in the United Kingdom and European Union. The following applies in addition to our general policies above.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. However, under Article 16(m), this right does not apply to digital content that has been made available to you and where you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon access.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading your files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived at that point. This consent is captured at checkout.

If you complete your purchase but have not yet accessed or downloaded your files, you may contact us within 14 days to request a withdrawal. Refunds in this case will be issued within 14 days.

UK Customers — Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the same framework applies. By completing your purchase and accessing your digital files, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and that your 14-day cancellation right is waived. If you have not yet accessed your files, contact us within 14 days to cancel.

UK & EU GDPR Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at team@templique.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. In the EU, contact your national data protection authority.

Conformity of Digital Goods (EU)

Under EU Directive 2019/770, digital products must conform to the description and specifications provided. If a product does not match its listing description, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us at team@templique.com and we will make it right.
